At the heart of supported living ethos is our unwavering focus on the clients we serve. Our objective is to work closely with them, ensuring they feel at home and well-settled both within their residences and in the broader community. We pride ourselves on developing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies that not only enhance the sense of belonging and achievement for individuals but also encourage their seamless integration into society.

We operate within a multi-tiered support framework, as outlined below:

1. High Support Needs: For those with complex or severe learning disabilities or other conditions, we provide intensive support, including 1-1 or higher staff-to-client ratios, easy-read care plans, and round-the-clock support where necessary.

2. Medium Support Needs: Individuals with moderate challenges receive a balanced level of support aimed at promoting independence while ensuring their well-being and safety.

3. Low or Step-Down Support: We provide step-down support for those transitioning to more independent living, with less staff intervention to promote self-sufficiency.

4. Specialised Support: Across all tiers, we offer specialised support for various diagnoses, ensuring each individual's unique needs are met comprehensively.

At Nomase Care, our overarching goal is to align our support levels with each client's individual needs, preferences, and long-term aspirations, ensuring a life imbued with dignity, independence, and fulfilment. Through our tailored approach, we endeavour to create a supportive environment that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of the individuals we serve.
